Shipping & ordering

Do you ship anywhere in Türkiye?
Yes. From our Konya-based workshop we ship to all 81 provinces via our contracted courier.
How long until I receive my part?
Production takes 2-5 business days for standard and 24 hours for express. Courier transit time is added on top; we share the shipping option and an estimate in your quote.
Is there a minimum order?
FDM prints have no minimum — single small parts are welcome. SLA resin prints carry a ₺300 + VAT minimum due to workshop setup and chemical costs.
Can I order without a ready model?
Yes. Select "I need modeling service" on the quote form; starting from your idea, we'll build a print-ready model together.
How do I pay remotely?
After you approve the quote, you can pay by card through the PayTR secure payment infrastructure; your card details are encrypted with 256-bit SSL and 3BUUT never accesses them.
Can I pick up in person in Konya?
Of course. You can collect your part from our workshop in Selçuklu, Konya, or request courier shipping instead.
