How does the 3D printing quote process work?
Fill out the quote form, upload your design file if you have one, and describe your project. You will receive a professional quote tailored to your project within 24 hours.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept STL, STEP, OBJ and ZIP formats. Maximum file size is 50MB. For larger files, please contact us via WhatsApp.
Is there a minimum order?
FDM prints have no minimum; we print single small parts as well as hundreds of units. SLA resin prints carry a ₺300 + VAT minimum due to workshop setup and chemical costs.
How fast can I receive my parts?
Standard delivery is 2-5 business days; express delivery is within 24 hours. Turnaround varies based on part size, quantity, and technology.
Can I submit a quote request without a ready model?
Yes. Select "I need modeling service" on the form. Tell us your idea and we'll design it together.
What is the difference between FDM and SLA?
FDM melts thermoplastic filament layer by layer to produce durable, functional parts. SLA cures liquid resin with a laser for high detail and smooth surfaces; ideal for jewelry, medical and visual models.
